Shipping Information

We work hard to get your beautiful essentials to you as quickly as possible!

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat fee of $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We do not currently ship to parts of Asia and some remote areas.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better!

Important Note on Intimate Accessories: To ensure the health and safety of all our beautiful mamas, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings and hair accessories due to their personal nature. All sales for these items are final.

For all other items, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.

The Simple Steps to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Request: Please contact our caring customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and the shipping address for your return. Please do not send any items back without this number.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the unworn, tagged items in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RAN and order number.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return package using a trackable shipping service. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  5. We Process with Care: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Information

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately upon approval but may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Incorrect or Faulty Items?

If you received an incorrect or faulty item, please accept our sincerest apologies! Contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will swiftly arrange a prepaid return label and expedite the correct replacement to you at no extra cost.
